    Damir Ahmetovic is a public administration expert with more than thirteen years of regional experience, mainly in the area of human resources management. He has worked for a number of international organisations and companies, including UNDP, SIGMA, ReSPA. During his time at UNDP, Mr. Ahmetovic played a key role in setting-up and developing the Western Balkans HRM Community of Practitioners in the Civil Service (2006) – an initiative currently managed by the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA). In 2011, Mr. Ahmetovic was employed as an HRM expert for the Norwegian Directorate for Public Management and e-Government (Difi) and he is currently CIDS´ international expert on public administration.
    Mr. Ahmetovic holds a master´s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the University of Canberra and has also completed studies in Malaysia.
