    Anela Duman is a public procurement specialist with over fifteen years of experience in the Western Balkans. She led procurement reform in the post-war administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and took part in similar efforts in Kosovo and Montenegro, including with the Regional School of Public Administration. Besides handling public contracts from the government’s side, she has a rich experience with companies and private sector development, including as staff of IFC/WB and the Italian Commission for Foreign Trade. Anela studied law in Sarajevo, and specialized in e-procurement and procurement management at the Tor Vergata faculty of economics in Rome. She works in English, Italian and her native Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian languages.
